At Finca Son Miranda - La Organic, my recent Christmas retreat was a rejuvenating experience embracing the beauty of Mallorca’s countryside. The serene setting, surrounded by olive groves and lush gardens, was a perfect backdrop for unwinding with friends while indulging in the property’s exceptional organic olive oil. Each morning, we savored freshly prepared breakfasts on the sun-kissed terrace, listening to the gentle rustle of the cypress trees. Rebeca, our charming host, guided us through an enriching olive oil seminar and delightful tastings, which deepened our appreciation for this cornerstone of Mediterranean cuisine. the heated outdoor pool was inviting even in winter, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation. With the promise of exploring the greater island, I found this enchanting finca to be a harmonious blend of art, nature, and luxurious comfort. I can't wait for my next visit to discover more of Mallorca's hidden gems!
